A middle-aged male with PMH significant for atrial fibrillation, cocaine use, DM, HTN, hyperlipidemia, and previous MI that was related to cocaine presented for 5 days of intermittent left-sided chest pain.  He reports that the pain is 10/10, sharp, non-radiating, and lasts for “a couple seconds,” is associated with SOB and diaphoresis, and then dissipates…
